I had the pleasure of working with Grant over the past 18 months and watched what he developed from scratch, which is the most comprehensive online training system, I have had the opportunity to use in over 20 years of retails sales.
The training program covered all bases from a fresh new sales cadet through to a veteran like me. It broke the sales process down into bite size pieces, so it does not overwhelm someone with too much information in one go and allows staff to go back to earlier modules to get a refresher. There was something for everyone in the system.
It allowed Grant to be in multiple locations at once around the country with the videos to watch that explained the topic in a simple and detailed way.
I saw an immediate uptake on ideas and methods being discussed on the floor by the sales team. The results speak for themselves in the increased performance across the whole team.

As an online training program, it allowed for staff of different abilities to focus on the most relevant subject for them. All of the sales team have enjoyed it and the quizzes at the end of each subject were always a highly competitive and who got the answers right on the first attempt. Using the managers portal, I could see who was taking courses and identify where I needed to give encouragement and face to face assistance.
For me personally, not only did I find the training program to be excellent but the biggest benefit Grant gave me was the 1 on 1 coaching as a sales manager and high-performance coach.
We would meet every week over zoom to plan training for that following week and to discuss my 1 on 1’s with the sales team and suggest little tweaks here and there to get the best out of myself and the team.
I will miss my weekly catch ups and will continue to use what I have learnt from Grant in the future.
